Delivery Objectives and Returns Policy



  • We will despatch goods within 3-5 working days from your order and payment having been received.  
  • Please note, some products may currently be in production and will therefore state a maximum lead time of 20 working days.
  • All goods for the UK mainland are sent by First Class postage unless Abercoombe Silver deem it necessary to send by a signed-for service (usually due to a high order value), in which case all extra costs are borne by Abercoombe Silver. 
  • If you live outside the UK mainland or overseas, we would be happy to quote for postage costs to you.
  • If you have an urgent requirement for unpersonalised goods and order by 3pm, you may use the Express delivery service we offer for a cost of £7.50 per order. For this, we will despatch the goods on the next working day by an overnight service. e.g. If you order by 3pm Wednesday, your goods will be delivered on Friday.
  • If you have an urgent requirement for personalised items, please phone and we can discuss the deadlines.  We will do everything we can to fulfil your order in good time.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with the stock products purchased here, we are willing to make a full refund of the initial purchase price on receipt of the goods at our offices, the return postage costs must be borne by the sender.  These goods must be received within 28 days of despatch in a resaleable condition and in their original gift packaging.
  • If you have been supplied with bespoke items (for example an item which has been engraved to your specification), we are happy to make a full refund only if you can prove that the goods have been damaged or delayed in transit or are faulty.
